Internship Opportunities
In the near future (2023), we will be accepting an intern for a small but thriving private practice. The practice is primarily focused on couples and family counseling/therapy but sees individuals as well. When first joining the practice the intern will be expected to be observed and/or participate in co-counseling/therapy by a more experienced clinician in the practice but will transition to solo work under standard supervision with time.
If you’re thinking about applying in the future, keep these requirements in mind:
Master’s program in counseling with a marriage and family counseling specialization (a marriage and family “certification” is not acceptable) or a marriage and family therapy program.
The program must be CACREP or COAMFTE accredited
